Founder & CEO
Our company was founded and is led by Temuulen Gologdemberel, born in 1994. After earning his bachelor’s degree in the Republic of Korea between 2017 and 2021, he returned home to work as a tour guide for international tourists for three years, gaining rich, hands-on experience in the industry. His deep understanding of travelers’ true needs, combined with a lifelong dream to create journeys that touch people’s hearts, became the foundation for establishing his personal brand, Panda Tour.
O.Nomin
Operations Manager
Born in 2000, Nomin serves as the Operations Manager of our company. She earned her bachelor’s degree in the Republic of Korea and is completely fluent in three foreign languages: Russian, English, and Korean. With 8 years of rich experience in the tourism sector, Nomin fully manages tour bookings, financial accounting, and guest feedback or dispute resolution. Her years of industry expertise and multilingual skills guarantee that every client receives flawless, timely, and seamless service.

Social Marketing Manager
Born in 1998, Esuilen is the tech expert of our team, having graduated from the Republic of Korea as an Information Technology Engineer. She takes full charge of our website development, management, and all social media marketing activities. Leveraging her modern digital tech skills and creative mindset, Esuilen effectively drives Panda Tour’s online presence and shapes our international marketing strategies.
