Flight Schedules & Start/End Times:
Early Arrival: If your flight lands early in the morning, the tour can commence as early as 05:00 AM.
Afternoon/Late Arrival: If your flight lands in the afternoon or evening, you will spend the night in Ulaanbaatar, and the tour will officially depart the following morning at 08:00 AM.
Tour Conclusion: The tour wraps up to match your departure flight, typically arriving back in Ulaanbaatar between 15:00 and 17:00 on the final day.
Delays & Scheduling: Daily schedules and arrival times at camps may shift or run late due to extended meal times, unpredictable road conditions, and frequent rest or restroom stops along the remote routes.

Non-Refundable Cancellations on the Trail: No refunds or price adjustments will be issued if a traveler decides to cancel, shorten, or alter any part of the tour after the journey has already commenced.
