Booking & Cancellation Terms

Our cancellations reflect the rigorous commitments made to our heritage artisans and nomadic host families. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • 60+ Days Prior to Departure

    A full refund of your program price will be issued, minus a non-refundable administrative processing fee.

  • 30 – 59 Days Prior to Departure

    The initial deposit (equal to 30% of the total experience cost) is retained; the remaining balance is fully refunded.

  • 14 – 30 Days Prior to Departure

    A 50% refund of the total experience cost will be issued.

  • 14 Days or Less Prior to Departure

    Non-refundable. 100% of the program cost is retained as local resources, horses, and host family schedules are fully locked in.

Travel Protection

Because your journey ventures into the pristine, remote corners of the steppe, comprehensive travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for booking. Your policy must explicitly cover emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and adventure activities (specifically equestrian sports). We recommend premium providers such as AIG Travel Guard or Allianz Executive to ensure complete peace of mind.
